それぞれの素材が持つ風合いをそのままに織り上げたフルハシのテキスタイル。
従来の織物より5～10％も糸密度を高くし、低速のシャトル織機で織り上げたその姿は、
ふっくらと味わい深く、天然素材の持つ優しさが、着る人の五感に幸せを運びます。
軽やかに薄いものはあくまでも薄く、どっしりと厚いものはあくまでも厚く。
その顔つきから洋服の佇まいまで想像できる
主張のあるテキスタイルです。
The art of Textile drape
Cotton has its own drape, just as wool has its own.
Furuhashi textiles take the inherent texture of each of these materials
and weave them into a blended, coherent whole.
Our textiles have a thread density 5 to 10% higher than that of conventional fabrics,
and are woven with a slower shuttle to produce a fuller, more lush feel.
Clothing made with Furuhashi textiles brings the pleasure of natural materials
to the wearer through all five senses.
Thin, weightless materials stay light and ethereal,
while heavier materials maintain their substantial fullness.
These are textiles that subtly portray a running theme
from the design stage to the finished clothing.
